Flash Arrest is very easy to use. You can run Flash Arrest by just clicking on the icon in the toolbar.

It will automatically get the current URL of the Internet Explorer.Click Go and it will List all the Flash files which are on the desired page.You can select any and download.You can also preview it before Downloading.You can download more than one file at a time.

click Download.

Tips for Netscape, Opera and other non-IE users:
You have to input URL manually. Copy the URL from your web browsers, and
then paste it into this URL bar.
 
 
INTRODUCTION TO BUTTONS
 
Click IE URL Button to get URL from the current IE.
Go Button. Click here to search Flash items.
Download Button. Click here to download Flash items. Select the Flash items in (4) before download.
Change Button. click here to save Flash on your desired location.
Get Cache Button. Click here to view all Flash files in the cache.
Delete Cache Button. Click here to delete all Flash files in the cache.
Option Button. Click here to use different options.
These four buttons are, About Button, Help Button, Minimize Button &
  Close Button. Flash Arrest will be minimized to an icon on system tray when Minimize button is clicked.

Finding options.
 
1. This option will search Flash from the webpage.
2. This option allows to search Flash both from webpage and cache.
3. This option will list all the Flash of the webpage present in the cache.
 
 
Downloading options.
 
1. This option will download Flash from the cache.
2. This option will download Flash from the Internet.
